Building a Resilient Identity and Faith in Christ
The St. Lorenz Youth Ministry is a Christ-centered ministry for supporting the diverse spiritual needs of the youth and their families. Activities and programs will focus on relationship building, first with Jesus Christ and also with their parents, family members, and one another. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we will encourage faith, and facilitate outreach activities in our community and beyond.
Confirmation
At St. Lorenz, confirmation is a special time when younger members learn the core beliefs of the Christian faith, profess their personal belief in Jesus as their Savior, and become full members of the church. This means they can now receive Communion, which is a cause for celebration. However, it also comes with new responsibilities. Our goal is for students to understand the Bible and the Christian faith and to see how these guide their daily lives. Confirmation is not the end of their faith journey but a commitment to follow Christ and stay faithful to the church. Contact Pastor Eden for more info.
Junior High Youth Group (Grades 6-8)
All students in grades 6-8 are invited to join the Junior High Youth Group at St. Lorenz! Every Sunday afternoon from 4:00 – 5:30pm, hang out with friends, dive into fun and engaging Bible studies, and enjoy exciting games and faith-building activities. Our Director of Youth Ministry and small group leaders lead these evenings with laughter, learning, and a chance to grow in your faith.

Senior High Youth Group (Grades 9-12)
Join us for an awesome Sunday Night Youth Group that you won’t want to miss. Every Sunday from 6:00-7:30 pm, come to The Rock for an evening packed with fellowship, engaging Bible studies, fun games, and meaningful small group discussions. Led by our Director of Youth Ministry and small group leaders, these nights are all about connecting with friends, growing in your faith, and having a blast. Absolutely not! Our Youth Ministry is open to anyone in the community. Just choose the group that best aligns with your age/grade.
